This research explores how senior leaders personally experience AI at work, and how they lead teams in which people and AI tools or agents work together. Findings will inform a paper on executive and organizational coaching, with presentation planned at an academic coaching conference. They may also be shared through articles, social media, and coaching education and training materials.
Your responses are confidential. Results will be reported only in aggregate or anonymized form, and anonymized quotes from written responses may be included. No individual, team, or organization will be identified in any publication, presentation, or other material. Data will be stored securely and used only for this research.
This survey takes about 12–15 minutes. It asks about your background, your role, how AI shows up in your work, and how you personally experience it. At the end, you may choose to volunteer for a follow-up interview of about 45 minutes.
Your participation is voluntary. You may skip any optional question and stop at any time without consequence.
